Here at Hendry, they'll waive the tour fee if each person buys a bottle of wine! A guide will take you around the lush vineyards that surround the colonial property in which he lives, and then will take you inside to explain the ins and outs of the wine making process. There are 12 different kinds of wine being made here, and they'll even give you suggestions on food to pair it with. This is certainly a more intimate experience than the other winery tours in Napa Valley.

St. Clair Brown Winery is also a brewery! There is a small garden where they grow all of their vegetables, so their small plates are unbelievably fresh and tasty. The wine is crafted in small lots, and the wine production takes place in a state of the art facility. The sweet Muscat seems to be a crowd pleasing favorite! They go as far as hand selecting the oak barrels that the wine is stored in. You can certainly taste the difference that the attention to detail provides.

Artesa isn't like those cozy wineries that you're used to in the Napa Valley area. This is a more modern, contemporary take on a winery. Everything here is uncluttered and clean, which really makes you enjoy the experience that much more. The panoramic views of the rolling hills are enough to bring you back! There is an option to have a private lunch here, and we recommend that you take it. With the variety of things to taste here, this is definitely in our top 5 to visit!

• MINI CAPRESE BITES

• 1 Pint - grape tomatoes, halved
• 14 - fresh mozzarella cheese balls, cut into thirds
• 1/4 cup - extra virgin olive oil
• 2 tablespoons - balsamic vinegar
• 1/4 teaspoon - kosher salt
• 1/4 teaspoon - pepper
• 6 - fresh basil leaves
• 32 - wooden skewers
• Thread 1 tomato half, 1 piece of mozzarella, another tomato half onto the skewer. Whisk together oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper to drizzle over skewers. Sprinkle with basil, salt, and pepper.

• BITE SIZE PIZZA STICKS

• 12 oz - refrigerated thin pizza crust
• 10.5 oz - tomato bruschetta topping
• 4 oz - shredded Italian cheese blend
• Top refrigerated thin pizza crust with the container of tomato bruschetta topping, or whatever pizza/marinara sauce you might prefer. Sprinkle evenly with the shredded Italian cheese blend, and add some parmesan if you happen to have some laying around. You'll want to bake at 450 degrees directly on top of the oven rack that you're using. Leave this in for 12 minutes, or until the crust is your favorite level of golden brown and the cheese is bubbling. Cut lengthwise into bite size strips that you can enjoy on a limo bus!
